Design and development

Before the project gets underway, you will know the entire cost of the development because we charge a single fixed price that includes full customization for company-specific rates and coverages.

This "single charge" policy protects you against budget creep or the budget overruns endemic with "Pay as You Go" fee systems.

As a final safeguard, we do not expect payment until the project has been completed to your satisfaction.

Annual licensing and maintenance

Payment of an annual fee entitles the company and all of its agencies to use the software. There are no per-user, per-machine, or per-site charges.

The annual fee also entitles the company to receive regular no-charge maintenance involving rate and rating rule changes.
